Our Law Office performs the general legal representation of a leading residential park investor and developer in Hungary, covering all tasks ranging from the purchase of the plots for the various developments, representing the company group before the authorities, to the conclusion of several hundred purchase agreements for each project. We take part in the professional preparation of the developments (e.g. legal due diligence, plot arrangement proceedings, subcontractor agreements, etc.), in the development of the legal backgrounds of project financing (e.g. credit and collateral agreements), as well as in the management of the potential disputes.
In addition to the simultaneous sale of several hundred flats, our administrative system and capacity can also manage the leasing of the same volume of real properties.
Besides our permanent assignments, we also participate in project-based tasks concerning real properties: from ad-hoc legal representation provided to private individuals or entities in real property transactions, to the preparation of the legal backgrounds of complex real property development and real property settlement concepts related to various participants of the public sector.
