Our classical services include the drafting, amendment and termination of employment agreements, the related consulting and document editing, the preparation of collective agreements, legal representation in labour lawsuits and in other labour disputes. Our Office represents a preventive approach in the area of labour law as well, and therefore, we provide complex consulting to our clients in relation to everyday HR tasks, we participate in the preparation of internal employer regulations, instructions, organisational and operational rules, in the revision of the existing agreement samples, as well as in the development of the company’s approach concerning the remuneration of executives, the protection of business secrets and no competition agreements. As a strategic consultant, we also deal with the social insurance and taxation issues arising in relation to the management of the companies, with the development of taxation strategies (KATA, KIVA, EVA, TAO), and with pension-related issues. Besides these, we also provide professional support to our clients in the special areas of workplace data protection, IT security and workforce leasing.
