Our portfolio includes comprehensive legal representation in copyright infringement cases, and the enforcement of rights at the courts or authorities in case of a legal dispute.
Our expert colleagues also cooperate in trademark law cases, and accordingly, we represent our clients successfully in obtaining and maintaining national, European and international trademark protections, as well as in lawsuits in case if the existing trademark protection is infringed. Prior to the registration of a trademark, upon request we conduct research in order to reveal if the trademark can be listed, and if needed, we assess the risks arising during the procedure.
